FAQ

Does it hurt to take the test?

It’s a standard blood test, taken by an experienced nurse. The needle prick itself is quick and simple.

Do I need to fast before the test?

Only for the fasting glucose and blood fats tests. In that case, you should avoid food for at least 8 hours beforehand. For all other tests, fasting is not required.

How long does it take?
The sampling itself takes about 10 minutes so it’s perfect to do in connection with your training session.
When will I get my results?

You’ll receive your digital report within a few working days.

What happens if something looks unusual?

You can book a consultation with a doctor for a deeper review of your results and get recommendations for follow-up.
If anything urgent shows up, we will contact you right away.

Why are the packages different for men and women?

Because hormones and biomarkers differ  the premium package offers a tailored analysis based on your specific biology.

Absolutely. We offer remote testing – just sign up and we’ll send you the referral. You can take your blood test at one of our partner clinics near you. Easy.

Can I do the test even if I’m not a member?

Yes, but our members get priority access.

Who is responsible for the blood analysis and patient safety?

All blood tests, analyses, and medical follow-up are handled by Precisions Health, not Fightbox. They hold all the required medical licenses and ensure full patient safety.
