What should I wear?
Wear suitable swimwear and optinal footwear to wear from the changing room to the Recovery room. You will be provided with a towel for use while in the session.
Can I bring a friend?
You can bring up to 3 friends on your booking.
We require a towel for all participants. 1 towel is included, so friends bring their own or rent on site.
Any preparation needed?
- Shower (mandatory) – ensures hygiene and maximizes infrared and cold therapy benefits.
- Hydrate properly – for best results, drink a Plant Factory HYDRATE coconut water. It’s packed with natural electrolytes, potassium, and antioxidants, which help replenish fluids, reduce muscle cramps, and boost recovery.
- Light stretching or foam rolling to release tension.
- Take a few deep breaths to shift into relaxation mode.
