Our most popular Fightbox class for a reason! This 45-min WOD is a strength & conditioning class suited for all of you no matter what’s your experience. Expect AMRAPS, METCONS, EMOMS, I.GO.U.GOs. A full body experience that will make you sweat like a MF. The equipment we use is usually dumbbells, kettlebells, slamballs, barbells. This is our bread and butter. You will always leave class feeling like a better person. The pros love it, the noobs love it. Hopefully you will too (at least after class).
