A perfect hybrid! In this class we move thru 4 different stations
1. Boxing – Easy basic boxing combos with full speed and power on the bag.
2. Conditioning – Row, SkiErg, Assualt Bike etc.
3. Pads – Kicks – Knees and Pushkicks on a BIG kickpad.
4. Strength – Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Slamballs and Barbells.
