Box n Burn workout at Fightbox

There aren’t enough hours in the day, so we’ll only take half! We’ve compressed HITWOD down to 30 min with the same amount of active training as in a regular HITWOD. Every class consists of ten exercises, though intervals and laps may vary. Start off easy and stretchy, then finish intense and strong. Your time, and your workout, are precious!
